We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the attractions and restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They gave us great tips on where to go and even helped us change to a room with a better view. The room itself was luxurious and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the room was soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The highlight was the shower, which felt like a warm rain bath, something you have to experience for yourself. We were also impressed with the quality of the room service and housekeeping, everything was spotless and well-maintained. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made our stay truly memorable.

In terms of safety, the area surrounding the hotel had narrow and slightly lonely streets, which made us feel a bit uneasy as tourists. However, there were policemen stationed nearby, which helped alleviate some of our concerns.

The location was very convenient, with Broccolino nearby. Breakfast was excellent and staff very professional. Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Walking distance to Recoleta.

The price on Booked.net was very reasonable for the hotel. A comfortable and stylish hotel that is very clean and quite central.

There was confusion over out booking when we arrived and were not able to get our room straight away. When leaving we were charged more than the rate we had booked for on Booked.net. After a lengthy debate we were refunded.

We liked the locaion, however the room was tiny and was nothing like the pictures. Also the bathroom you almost coudnt turn in! With the red wall and mirror opposite the bed reminded of a brothel!

The hotel is situated in a great area, which is easy to navigate around. the staff were welcoming and provided us with plenty of advice on what to do and where to eat. the room was well-maintained and clean, and the beds were comfortable. the hotel also had cheap parking options nearby, which was very convenient.

The breakfast and wifi were not included in the room rate, which was a bit of a let-down. the area didn't feel all that safe, but we did appreciate that the hotel was secure.
